Thousands years ago in Asia, people have already developed the habit of drink tea and use it as herbal medicines. In year 1770', tea leaves were exported from Asia to European countries due to its popularity and its broad usage to increase health benefits. As tea leaves became popular, people began to pursuit the comfort of drinking tea by establishing tea shops; as people adapt to the habit of drinking tea, tea became one of the beverage for leisure times.
Teas were introduced to American along with the immigration. There is countless Oolong tea, Green tea, and Black tea brands in the American market, but they are mostly in forms of bottles and also contain sweetening chemicals and preservatives. The ways to drink tea differs from culture to culture; most Americans enjoyed iced tea more than hot tea.
