We accept international orders from Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan only.
Due to credit verification difficulties, please understand that we are unable to accept orders from Asia and Africa.

Please note that only boxed and bagged item are capable of being shipped to overseas customers.
Oversized items are not available for overseas orders unless it's orders by container.
We require payment in advance. We accept money orders, American Express, Visa and Master cards only. 
Most international orders need manual processing. Please submit your request at our website or
e-mail to teawanservice@aol.com to place an order.
Your order will be shipped out in 1-3 business days unless the item is out of stock.

Overseas orders will be delivered by US Post Office Air Parcel service only.
If customer would like to request alternative delivery service, please contact us for special processing
and information regarding additional shipping charges.

Europe and U.K. — US$37.00 / first 4 lbs.,  US$3.00 /every additional lb..
Australia and Japan — US$45 .00 / first 4 lbs.,  US$3.00 /every additional lb..
